Booking Cancellations

If you do need to change your appointment, please advise us as early as possible. All cancellations have to be made 24 hours ahead of the appointment.

Booking Rescheduling

Should you wish to reschedule, you can do it via the cancellation link received in the confirmation email or over the phone. Please do it as early as possible and not later than 24 hours ahead of the appointment.

If you reschedule and your child now falls into the next age category and therefore next price bracket, the new service fee will apply.

No-Show Policy

A “no-show” is someone who misses a scheduled appointment without canceling or rescheduling 24 hours in advance of their scheduled appointment. “No-shows” will not be refunded in case the payment was made in advance.

Parent Consent

Both parents are required to attend the appointment.

Single parents will be required to bring relevant documents (birth certificate etc)

Booking Confirmation

Please note that your booking is not confirmed, until you have received a confirmation email stating that.
